The rental rate for Ms. Roxy Hart (the horse trailer bar), serving beer, wine, and up to three specialty drinks, starts at $120 an hour for the first 100 guests.

 

If you are interested in plastic/paper good service (cups, napkins, straws) the rental rate will go up by $5 an hour. 

 

If you would also like all of your non-alcoholic refreshments, (soda, water, and juice that is not intended for the Specialty Drinks) to be served from the trailer, there will be an additional $3 an hour charge. 

 

All rentals include a one hour charge to include set up and clean up. 

 

A dollar minimum of $550 is required. All card transactions are subject to a handling fee up to 2.9%.
