The rental rate for Ms. Roxy Hart (the horse trailer bar), serving a "stocked bar", meaning beer, wine, and as many mixed drinks that is agreed upon between The Rollin' Bar and client, starts at $150 an hour for the first100 guests.

 

If you would like plastic/paper good service (cups, napkins, straws) the rental rate will go up by $5 an hour. 

 

If you would also like all non-alcoholic refreshments,  (in addition to the non-alcohol refreshments needed for the Mixed Drinks) to be served from the trailer, there will be an additional $3 an hour charge. 

 

All rentals will be charged one hour to include set up and clean up. 

 

A dollar minimum of $625 is required. All card transactions are subject to a handling fee up to 2.9%.
